Pinpoint Launches Multilingual Candidate Experiences
With the launch of multilingual candidate experiences, Pinpoint customers can now offer their careers websites, application forms, and candidate emails in any language of their choice.
We have customers in 47 countries, and many of them recruit candidates whose first language isn’t English. With this new functionality, they’ll be able to attract more of the best applicants, offer a better candidate experience, and improve diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
Recruitment teams can now specify the language to be used for the job, and this determines the language that email templates, web pages, and candidate portals associated with the job are delivered in.
While many applicant tracking systems focus the majority of their investment on what the recruiter sees, we care just as deeply about offering an exceptional candidate experience.
