Our story

CEO Tom Hacquoil was leading a coding cohort with just 16 spots, and received hundreds of applications. He needed a fast, flexible tool that would make it easier to identify the right candidates and give them a great experience. But the applicant tracking systems available were either too clunky or too basic, which would make the selection process even more difficult.
