This month, we’ve continued to enhance our onboarding platform with new functionality to schedule emails as part of the workflow. This will allow you to onboard new hires even faster by setting everything up in the beginning and letting it run in the background.
We’ve also expanded our integration universe with three big updates that will give you new ways to reach, engage, and screen candidates.
Let’s dive in…
Schedule onboarding email invites
In the latest update to our onboarding platform, now you’ll be able to schedule workflow invite emails as part of your onboarding workflows. You can schedule emails that invite new hires to each new module or stage within onboarding, and you can also schedule separate emails to go out before, during, or after the new hire’s start date. So you can configure all your onboarding modules and emails right when you hire someone, then let the workflow run automatically.
Two-way text messaging
We’ve expanded our Twilio integration, so now you can use your existing Twilio account to both send and receive text messages. If you’re interested in using this feature, speak with your Customer Success Manager about how to get started.
Adway integration
We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Adway, a provider of automated recruitment marketing and more solutions for attracting talent. By integrating Pinpoint + Adway, you’ll be able to amplify employer brand visibility, attract more people, and augment the scale and diversity of your talent pools through the power of social media, machine learning and automation.
Verified First integration
Even more exciting integration news: We’re now integrated with Verified First, a provider of candidate & employee screening solutions. Now you’ll be able to process comprehensive screens through Verified First from within Pinpoint, and view the results in one, convenient place.

In addition to the new features above, now you can also…
- See tasks that you’ve created and assigned to others
- See the owner and creator of every task, and filter by owner or assignee
- Duplicate job requisitions
- Enforce a maximum headcount on a requisition template
- Choose to configure onboarding visibility by job
- View the full editing history of an offer, including who created it, who signed off, and more
